PAYMENT:

All retainer fees must be paid immediately to reserve your date. Payment can be made in the following ways: paid via money order, certified check, paypal, cash, Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. If agreed to by WeMakNoise-ENT for client to pay by check, checks must first clear and any uncleared check will have an additional charge of $35 to cover bank fees plus whatever balance is due must be paid by cash or money order immediately. Please note, check must clear prior to reserving and booking a session date.

 

Travel Costs

Work performed outside of the 25 mile radius is billed at increments of $25 for each additional 25 miles. Overtime rates will be determined in the contract for service, but generally accrue at $45 per extra hour.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations and reschedules are no charge provided they are done 24 hours in advance of the scheduled shoot date/time Within the 24 hour window, a cancellation/reschedule is $50. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 24 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. If a client cancels more than twice, the session fee must be paid in full to reserve the booking.
For weddings and events, if for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding date, the Photographer will keep the the event retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in writing, signed by the contracted parties, and sent via Certified Mail by the United States Post Office. However, if the client requires to change the wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate and NO Cancellation fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. Otherwise the new date will be subject to current rates if applicable. If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.

 

 

BAD WEATHER:

Many ask, what will happen if the weather is bad on the day of our photo shoot? First of all it is up to the discretion of myself, the photographer, if the appointment should be cancelled due to weather. Bad weather, may consist of all day raining, thunderstorms, or a blizzard. Do keep in mind, when making an appointment, that most likely you will not get a perfect 70 degree day clear sunny day.When scheduling in the spring and fall, it could very likely be in the lower 40’s. That is not enough reason to cancel a session. Also if you schedule something in the summer, then anything less then 115F is not a reason to cancel a session.
If WeMakeNoise-ENT cannot perform this Contract due to fire, flood , snow or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event WeMakeNoise-ENT  fails to perform for any other reason, WeMakeNoise-ENT shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
